All in all everything was good, had a such wonderful stay at a perfect location in downtown Toulouse. The staff was amicable, efficient with every request. I loved the room with a balcony, my bed was big.

Everything was exceptional as expected, even so the bathroom was terrible. Yummy fresh fruit, eggs, cakes, meats and cereal supplied. Friendly check-in and EXCELLENT customer service.

Very good value for money, good service. The breakfast was generous with fruit, pastries, tea, yoghourt and fresh bread, the bed was really big. The staff did all they can for a splendid stay. A secluded beach, incredible view.

the location was prime, the rooms were quirky, the staff were warm. variety of freshly made food for meals. i got free upgrade and loved it. it was a wonderful stay, you could leave a car nearby.

It was surely an excellent stay. Hotel was perfect and fairly clean with the staff that was absolutely kind! There were the shops and a market around the property. The service offered was efficient too. Furthermore, public parking was good.
